If you have walked the beach on a beautifully still morning recently you may have noticed something that looks a little different in the water. Instead of surfers sitting or lying down on their boards waiting for waves they are standing up.
Apart from the fitness benefits, Stand Up Paddling is a fun and exciting way to enjoy the water. From the unique perspective of standing on the board, paddlers have much greater visibility both above and below the water.
